Co-founders Lindsey Sawicki and Jacenda Fletcher weave a philosophy of life into their indoor cycling and TRX training studio in South Anchorage, one that includes “leaving the world better than we found it.” That’s not just a legacy aspiration but a day-to-day, moment-to-moment practice to live to the fullest in body and spirit.
